Which pilot jets...#25 or #27.5?

For those of you who have experimented...which pilot jet size works best for a Raptor with a full exhaust and a drilled air box lid? (#25 or #27.5) Also, what mixture screw settings worked the best with these jets? I'm getting tired of doing this multiple times, and want it right the next time I go in. Thanks for the input!

Hi scottd,
The 27.5 worked great at Glamis last weekend with the 180/185 mains. I'm thinking of going down to 175/180 on the mains feels a little rich to me. I turned the air mix out a half turn but I don't think it made any difference. I have a funny story for you about tuning your Raptor in the driveway.
One more thing, the wider axle does the trick. The Raptor will power slide great now in the sand but I still have to run 12psi in the haulers.

I spoke to Paul at Big Gun and he is now saying go with the 160/165 (at sea level) instead of the 150/155. He has been hearing that the 150/155 is on the lean side, especially if you have any extra air coming in from the box.
I'll be picking up the Raptor tonight (with 160/165 and 27.5) from the dealer and I'll let you know how it feels.
By the way, everyone at the dealer (Central Yamaha in Plano, TX) was VERY impressed with the look and sound of the Big Gun. They couldn't get the grins off their face everytime it was started! If you've seen my videos, the sound just doesn't do it justice.
