Default 2001 Suzuki Lt80 no start just cranks

Pulling my hair out here! My daughter was coming up the drive way and her lt80 stalled and she coasted right to me. looked like about out of gas. put gas in. Since that moment this thing will not restart. Pulled plug and found it is bone dry. Found somehow the vacuum line cam off carb going to petcock. removed carb and cleaned several times which i did find the pilot jet and passage was pretty dirty. I have good spark, 100 psi compression, and still know fuel at plug. Pulled reed valve and it was lifted up a slight amount so I turned over and reassembled. I do feel vacuum from the one port on carb during cranking. I keep wanting to pull the carb back off and clean. I bought it with in inline fuel shut off already installed because I think there was an issue with factory shut off. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums.
Which port do you feel the vac?
Try hand choking it (2 fingers in front of carb).

I felt vacuum from the port next to the supply port. Its for the hose that goes back up to petcock. I did try the two finger method and not even a hick up. I pulled the side covers off to see if I could see the crank seals but I cant see with out grabbing a puller from work and removing flywheel and gears

Put the petcock on prime position and see if fuel flows thru the line to the carb.

Fuel is coming out with the prime position. Took carb apart and cleaned one more time. Still no fuel at spark plug.....
