I got a headache trying to read all that lol. Id definately get the right piston for the bike, for that bike probably cheap anyway. What does the cylinder look like? Put the right piston in w/ new rings, compression check. New plug (make sure you have spark, if not its electrical (coil, etc). Then try it again, should probably have fresh gas too.
Good luck

compression gauges are only 420 for a cheap one. Good investment. ard to tell if you have enough compression to start the bike w/out a gauge. It could blow your finger off the plug hole but still nopt be enough to run.
Put the right piston in, new plug i bet it will start if it ran before and isnt locked up
