Default Am I too big for a Blaster?

I am looking to get a 2003 Yamaha Blaster and I'm 6'2", 185lbs. I used to have a 400ex but now I just want something to toy around with in the snow and on the roads where I live when there is snow and ice on them. I have my serious dirtbikes for ripping up the woods in the better weather. I am just wondering if a Blaster would be WAY tooo small.. not so worried about my weight, more worried about my height.. but again I dont' want to spend a ton of money for a toy like this.. so what do you guys think?

btw.. did Yamaha change ANYTHING on the Blaster since 2003 thru 2006?

Might be a little small for you, but would be OK for just a toy. My buddy is 6'1" and 210 lbs and he rides a Blaster every weekend and loves it. The main problem will be your knees hitting the front fenders if you ride aggresively.

I'm 6' 1" 165lbs and can fit on a blaster. It's a little cramped, but I can ride them just fine. I cant say that I like them at all though. (They handle like crap)

I just want something that can do some serious ripping around the roads in the snow by me... some nice roosts and sideways turning..

If you want to do some serious ripping, get a 400ex. You can get those almost as cheap as blasters and they are 100 times better.

I rode a blaster every weekend and I am 6'1". I have since moved on to a banshee but the blaster was an awesome quad and I loved every minute I was on it.

You will be a little big for a Blaster. I mean I am on a Warrior and I'm 5'5, 140 lbs. If you don't want to spend much get a 1995-1995 Warrior, those things go for like nothing nowadays. You can get Blasters cheap, but you can get Warriors cheap too, and those are good for just messing around and stuff. A 400ex is also a great quad but you won't get it for the price of a Blaster.

well I picked up a 2003 blaster yesterday, the thing is in basically brand new shape, only had a couple tanks of gas run through it. At 6'2", 185lbs, I don't find it that small... I can rip around on this thing pretty good... it's a lot of fun... I paid $1,350 for the bike and I understand that the 2003-2006 Blasters are identical, Yamaha didn't change anything on them..

In '03 they did add hydraulic brakes so you got a good year model and sometime in there they updated the headlight and front nose piece. Not a bad deal.
