no man it would be plenty fun to fave just to bust fat wheelies on and jump around, you are big enough that you would have lots of leaning control over it. besides it is a cheap quad

Default Am I too big for a Blaster?

With the addition of the Hydraulic Brakes front and rear, the rear axel appears to be a bit meatier, and the Brake rotor is no loinger a floating disc. I have purchased banshee/warrior hubs for the rearend so I can find better choices and combinations of tire/wheels.

2003 was the year they changed the appearance, and the Brakes (front and rear hydraulics). I do believe the right side clutch cover is different and the new style is what they sell you if you buy a replacement from Yamaha.(It won't have that water pump tube sticking out there with the plug on the inside) Cleaner build.

Also the park brake moved to the left side coupled with the Clutch lever mechanicals, and the rev limiter is mounted in the same assembly (I don't know when they added the rev limiter feature, but I have seen it on 2003 & up, not sure if prior. I'll have to look into that. I need a spare harness for a 2003 and up anyway, as I am updating a 98 to 2003 frame and brakes. I'm plannig on having a Good, Bad, and Ugly set of Blasters eventually. One in white, one in black, and the other one will be a hodge podge kinda like all the VW Golf's several years ago with all the different colored body panels.

Oh and ,........By the way,.......The Blaster has a weight limit label on the fender...But nobody's too big for a Blaster! The Blaster may be too small for some though.......
