I'm considering buying a new sportsman HO or a Magnum 500, the dealers in my area (Mass/NH) are not moving much off the list price. Their asking about 6700 for a sportmans HO with a list price of 6995. Is that OK or can they do better?

Thanks

You can buy it for less on the internet.

My point is that if you go to your local dealers and show them that other dealers are selling the same quad for $6399 + $225 shipping, they are more likely to budge. Bear in mind that your dealer will want to charge you freight, prep, and tax on top of the $6700.

you have got one of the best places to buy a polaris right in your state. town & country polaris in stow nh. 2001 h.o. $6350 out the door. check it out, thats where i bought mine. it was worth the drive. they also have the $69 winch deal. let me know if that works out for you. good luck.

Don't limit yourself to your local dealer. Go into the Polaris website and use their dealer locator. Print it out and start calling all dealers within 100-200 miles. You may save several hundred dollars if you are willing to drive. My local dealer did most of the deal over the phone. I just showed up and picked it up. Hope this helps.
