A trinity pipe/silencer combo would add a lot of either bottom or top end depending on which model you get, power reeds or aktive matrix reeds are the best. ram or rad valves don't do much except make your wallet lighter. Vito's makes a flywheel key that adds 2.55 HP. a 14 tooth sprocket would add 5 mph. reed spacers add bottom end. A boost bottle is supposed to smooth out the throttle response but I'm not sure how well they work for a blaster. I hope this help a little.

I am also not really looking for top end speed but mostly looking for low end power for trails and hills.

If you guys are planning on building this bike to near stock form. Then pipes are going to be the most noticable improvement. If you can do it all at once. Try the new reeds, a pipe, and maybe some airbox mods.
IF jetted properly, you will maintain reliability and have a nice little woods quad.

you can get the aktive reeds from trenga racing. the best parts about the reeds are that they were designed specifically for the blaster with trenga's help.

So should I just by Trenga reeds or should I get the whole FMF ram valve?
