i have done all i can think of replaced the stator and pick up coil , replaced the cdi box the wiring all looks ok i have strip and the harnesses and cant find nothing a wireing diagram would help me alot to know whats what lol if some one good help me it would be greatly appriciated thanks

 

did you check the on off switch on the handle bars? does your 110 have to have the foot brake pushed down to start? if so is that switch bad...just a thought.

Sorry i dont know how to posta message on here the right way but i am replacing the crank and piston on a jagure 500 and was looking for the torque specs. and how to time it? any help would be great. thanks

 

yeah, check all your saftey and kill switches for correct operation and also check the key switch, if it has 4 wires, there are 2 sets of contacts and both need to make and break for it to put power to the cdi.
