I am having problems with my 2004 Ranger 500. At first I thought I was having problems with the secondary clutch, but then I noticed that it does it while the machine is in neutral as well. When in neutral, if you hold it wide open, the machine will not rev up. it just stays at a certain rpm (not cutting out or missing). Also when driving it, it does the same thing. I can cruise along 10-15 mph but when it try to go wide open it doesnt go any faster. (Again it does not cut out or miss).
I have noticed if I barely hold down on the gas pedal, I can sometimes get it to come out of it and it will then run like its suppose to, but as soon as I let off the gas and floor it again, it goes back to what it was doing.
NEED SOME HELP PLEASE

check the rubber diaphragm in top of carb.one little hole in it will make your problem happen.
