How much is race gas and where can I get some? I am wondering because if it's not that expensive, I would like to get some for my 400EX, so I could put a 12.5 comp. piston in it. From what I here, the high comp. piston is supposed to put out more horsepower than big bore pistons.

It depends on what you get. I run sunoco 110 octane. it runs about $4 a gallon. I have some leads to local dealers and plan on buying by the 55 gallon drum. Im sure its cheaper that way.

Out here in Az it's around $5 per gallon. If you have a cycle accessory shop near you, they should know a source. If not check the yellow pages for gasoline distributors, wholesale, & call a few.
The Wiseco piston is supposed to add a few beans to the 400ex: or any other 4 stroke for that matter.

Buy it from a dealer, and expect to pay 4 to 5 a gallon. I get VP Red 105 from a oil supplier for $3.90. Bring your own can.

Look around and see what you can find.
