Default Help! 06 polaris 500 electrical concern

The electrical system cuts in and out causing the lights to flicker and the atv to stall. The atv will not run for more than 10 seconds but will start right away. I've eliminated any battery concerns. Any ideas?

how did you eliminate the battery? what is the voltage reading when its running or when its sitting there off. another thing it could be is the emc is bad.

Check all the connections at the selenoid, they tend to get dirty or loose, if thats not it, probably the ECM,they seem to have problems, some were recalled.

If it stalls when the lights are turned on ..BAD ECM.........I had the same trouble........
.......Caper...........

Try starting the Quad up without the light switch on.........Then turn the lights on and see if it stays running!!.....
