Default Tire will they fit

My dad recenty bought me new set of used tires off a 2005 polaris 500 and I have a 1999 polaris xpolorer the tires are like new was taken off at the dealer and my dad bought them for his fourwheeler but never installed them. my tires and rims now are 12" on the front and 8" on the rear, the tires i got from my dad are for 12" rims there the same as whats on my front but my rear tires are diffent size, i was wondering what i would have to do if i bought new rims for the tires if i would have to buy any thing different to get them to fit,

You can pobably find some aftermarket rims for the rear of your explorer that will fit the rear tires.
