should i jet my stock 400ex

hey guys im new and i was wondering if jetting my stock 400 would make a pretty good change in throttle response,,,also my 400 is vey cold blooded it take a long time to warm up any ideasss??

Lots of us go to a #40 pilot jet to help the cold starting issues. It richens the idle circuit only.
