I got another ATC Today.
i got it for $150.00 and it starts up and runs great.
just needs cosmetics.
i need to figure out what model it is.
the sticker on the Front Fork by headlight says 1983.
the numbers on the Cylinder are 192 c.c which tells me that it is a 200 Model.

But, it is Much bigger than my 185 ATC and the body is a Different style.
this one has an Electric Start, and different style fenders. it also has the little storage box area in the back, behind the rack.
any ideas?


does the 1983 sticker mean it was made in 83, or that its an 83 model?
could be made in 83, but be a 84 model??

all the other 200 and 185 models i have seen, are identical in size.
but as i said, this one is much bigger than the 185 that i have.

what is the "BIG RED"
is that this one? w/ the front and rear racks and the trunk storage area??

 

Looks like you may have a 250 Big Red.

 

well... the numbers on the engine tell me its 192cc .. so would this be a 1983 Big Red 200 ???
what is the 200E and 200S ??

P.S.. i also just located another one.
a 1985 ATC 110 .. for $150.00
runs great, and looks better than this 200 Big Red.

I plan to repaint the Fenders and tank on the big Red..
it runs great, electric start, starts right up.. couldnt beat it for $150.00

The trike you have pictured in your first post is a 1983 Honda Atc 200e Big Red.
The 1983 is the model year, so it could have actually been manufactured in 1982.
The "e" on 200e is for electric start. The next year of Big Red, 1984, was Atc200es, where the s stood for shaft drive. The shaft driven models also had reverse. The 200e does not.
