Joe,
Are you talking about the in-line fuse from the battery to the starter circuit? I have an Eagle 110 youth with remote start. The fuse is under the seat in front of the battery. I can send a scan of my wire diagram if we are talking about the same thing.

Let me know if that attachment doesn't come through.
Don't know if you plan to remove that fuse from the circuit or not, but you'll want to make sure you just disconnect the remote start function which appears to be a black wire that taps in ahead of your regulator. You can also wire a DC switch on one side of the fuse to disconnect battery. I've been thinking about doing this on mine to stop the battery from draining while it sits. Actually I'd wire into the Starting Switch so the battery doesn't discharge if the engine kill switch is up.
