weight limit question and parts question taotao panther 110
#1
1) Does anyone know the weight limit for a taotao panther 110 (tta110)? The manual does leave a little to be desired... although I could have missed it somewhere.
2) The 1" screw cap on the left side of the engine came out. What is the best way to get a part like that, or any parts for that matter for these atvs. I guess thats one of the drawbacks of going the cheap route, hard to find parts.

I agree on the weight limit. I'm 195# and my son is about 35#, we ride together and have no problems with his mini 110. (Except I'm on the tall side of 6'2" and my knees and feet stick way out.) We can spin dounuts all day in the snow and ice together, as long as we don't try to push snow we don't get stuck. I've been pretty impressed so far. If you sit on it and drive a little, see how it handles your weight, you'll know if the limit is reached and it strains.
A big man doing wheelies on a mini 110? Wow. I'd like to see it. You have any posts of that? I also wouldn't jump, I'm not so worried about the quad as I am my tailbone, but these really are not made for adults jumping with them.
I broke loose on some ice last month and I slide right off and onto my backside in the snow. I had put my foot on the ground/ice for some reason, incase we tipped I guess. My son thought it was pretty funny and still tells everybody we know all about it.
Racewayatv has tons of parts. Also check 123motorparts. Not so bad finding parts, just not local.
