can i put 25's on my wolverine
I've had 25" mudlites on my 03 350 wolverine for a couple years I've been using them..No problems at all ...But I also put 1.75" wheel spacers (rhino spacers) all around to make it less top heavy..But I will also add without the mudflap/fender extenders on my tires would stick out a couple inches..with stock fenders,I would not go over 1'' wheel spacers or you will get pretty wet and muddy..

Hey there midnight rider
As long as you change all 4 tires there should no be a problem. If you put some offset rims it will save you from putting spacers behind your stock rims. Dont forget if you put spacers put the good one because if you use the ones that you adapt to your studs they are not very good they put alot of stess on those studs. I had some on my honda before and they would always come lose and I broke a stud once.
Good luck with that and I don't see you having any problem putting 25" tire.

Just curious..When you installed the spacers you had problems with, did you use lock-nuts with locktite thread locking sealant??The only way you will sheer off studs like that is if the nuts you were using to hold on the spacers were coming really lose.If everything stays tight the stress on the main studs is very slight with good spacers..

can i put 25's on my wolverine
i have an 04 wolverine, it is completly stock and i have had 26" mudlites on it since day one, it probably has over 1000 hrs on it and is still running great, the only thing with bigger tires is you will lose a lot of power, i would recommend getting the 4-2-4 system from warn it helps a lot with the power~

With 25" tires you will want a little wider stance, that guy sent me lock nuts with my spacers..Don't forget to also use locltite thread sealant also when installing spacers..I bet if you call this guys shop,he will give you a deal on 4-1'' spacers..You need to ones with a 4/110 bolt pattern..
Dont know why the tire link is not clickable?? But just copy and paste it works that way..Enjoy working on Your Wolverine, you have a very special one..It is the last year Yamaha made the Wolverine with a manual shifter..The warn 424 will give you a whole new sport side to your 350..I have the big tires on mine,But I also have a set of 23" tires also for more of a sport feel on dry trails I put them on..
