Recon Clank when shifting from neutral

Recon Clank when shifting from neutral
Got this nasty clanking noise when shifting from neutral to reverse or 1st gear on an 03 Recon ES. I'm thinking u-joint. Anybody ever experience this, or replaced the u-joint?
