Default Quadovator Temp. Gauge Quality

Hi, I have had my Quadovator temp gauge for a few years now and the thing fogs up in the winter and some in the summer. My machine never gets wet, outside of when I wash it. It has always done this after the engine gets warm. The air from the radiator must blow up to the gauge and condense the air in the gauge. Does anyone else have this same problem and what is the fix??? For the price they should be much better than this ($75)!!
Thanks.

Mine does this as well. It usually goes away after a long ride, but short rides it just stays a little foggy. I can still see the needle and readings just fine, just not completely clear.

Mine fogs up a bit, but the black paint around the gauge is peeling and starting to rust. Not from Quadovator, but NAPA for $27!! Quadovator is killer for mark-up!!
