We are having a problem with a 2005 Grizzly 660. We live in Pittsburgh PA and do alot of trips down to Hatfield McCoy Trails. We have a 2005 Grizzly 660 which we have to tow back to camp every second day. For 3 carpenters playing mechanics this is what we come up with.

1 The quad has a pipe carb not jetted. But it runs fine the first day the second day after alot of water riding it dies and we tow her back. So we put the stock pipe on the second trip and it did the same thing.

Things we have heard.

1 CDI box may be getting wet but why does it only happen on the second day

2 Steam coming off the exhaust messing with carb ?????????

Let me no if anyone else is having a problem with there grizzly we put 100 miles a day down there and it always runs fine the 1st day we are lost and if never does it when we are home here in Pittsburgh.
