Good deal?
No it's not a good deal. It's clean, but I see clean 660's going for $2200-2500 all the time. Plus the '01 is the year with bad trans, so if it hasn't had the tranny upgrade then that could be a future problem. The GYTR is "Genuine Yamaha" aftermarket parts.
