Here in Minnesota, I was watching TV, and an add popped up for a law firm calling for any one " who has been injured or killed, or has loved ones injured or killed by riding in the Yamaha Rhino" They went on to note the "inherent" instability and 'danger' involved in operating this vehicle. Why in the he!! is the Rhine being singled out among the UTV's ? I would think with the power and smaller wheel base, the RZR would be even more dangerous. It is the old 70's and 80's all over again, the law going after the "killer" 3 wheelers, and almost killing the sport, but now focusing on a new target. We need to be alert to all the jackels out there just looking for a quick buck at anyone's expense. Getting a bunch of class action lawsuits started just when the ATV industry is really taking off could put a serious damper on any and all future models.

 

Just wait till farrrrrrr leeeeefffttttt Obama is President..Hilary has already Killed ATV riding on anything but private land here in New York *sigh*

yeah all those liberals bow to the envirementalist lobby..Thats why oil prices ore 3+ bucks a gallon because the liberals keep blocking us from drilling vast quantity's of oil in Anwar Alaska,because it might...just might(to the lefties) interup the caribou migration..Have you ever seen Anwar?? Its thousands and thousands of miles of open tundra,whole bunch of nothing there..So yep it's just private land here in NYS for ATV's thanks to the NYC liberals running this state..Thank god I'm in a club and Pennsylvania is only a hour away..

 

I partially agree that Liberals bow to envirnmentalists, but that is for good cause.
