I might be wrong but arn't the 600 and 700's Vtwin motor and a 800 is a parrellel twin? Wouldn't that make the head pipe different?

My '07 700EFI Is an inline twin, just like the 800. I've never seen a 600, but I'd bet the farm on the fact that it is also an inline twin.

I need some education.....Why would you want to put an 800 header on your 600? Wouldn't it make sense to put a 600 header on your 600?

the 600,700 and 800 use the same block. The 800 header has 2 pipes going most of the way back where as the 600/700 header pipe Y's about 4 inches from the block. There is a slight power increase from using it.

Will the 800 header bolt right in to my '07 700 EFI? Will it connect to the existing exhaust pipe? Or do I need to buy more 800 exhaust parts to make it work? Also, does use of the 800 header on my '07 700 EFI require me to have my computer altered, such as fuel/air ratio, etc. ??

You will have to get the Header pipe, which will bolt right up to your motor. You will have to remove your "Y" pipe that is on there now. You will also need the heat sheild kit. Polaris sells this as a kit and has everything you need to bolt it on.
