I dont know what to try anymore. I tried rerouteing hose and every time I'm zooming up a long steep hill, it overflows like crazy all over the tank. Sometimes I see fuel pockets in the line just zooming normaly. It's as if there was pressure building up in the tank but that vent just doesn't do its job.
I find this annoying and dangerous. Has anyone had that problem? How could I fix this?

I had the same problem on my Magnum 500. It is because of the way the vent tube is routed. I thought I had mine routed correctly but it wasnt. Make sure that the tube is facing towards the front of the quad. Then make sure the tube runs along the top of the tank, not the side of it. Fuel will go to the lowest spot. Then make sure the tube is routed up into the pod then back down. It probably is. Mine was too, but still leaked. The pod routing is not as important as the routing over the top of the tank. Once I routed my vent tube over the top of the tank, the leaking stopped. When you climb a steep hill, the fuel will enter the tube. If the tube is routed on top of the tank, the fuel that enters the tube will drain back into the tank. Im sure this will solve your problem. It took me a few tries to figure it out, but when you do, it makes sense.

Yeah just did that to-day but haven't been out yet to test it. Had to straighten handlebar and give the machine a check-up after my little flipperonnie I did yesterday. The fun never stops. thanks for the info.
