Default Speedo Glass

anyone know where i could find a lens replacement for my speedometer. it's on a 2004 600. the dealer only offers a whole new speedo, like $200.

Might check ebay and see if someone has a nonworking one cheap.

okay I checked ebay and nothing. also none of the oem parts diagrams have just the lens for the speedometer.

Not really familiar with the type of speedometer on that model. But you can get aTrail Tech Vapor for about 100 bucks new on ebay. Just got one for my KFX. Easy install. RPM, speed, top speed, water temp, hour meter, clock, and outside temp. I think it does a couple other minor things too. Just something to consider if you can't find the lens and they want you to buy the whole thing.

thanks for the suggestion, but i'd like to stick with the same one. i guess i could just cut a piece of plexiglass and stick in there.

As long as we are on this topic, does anyone else have the issue of their fogging up? Mine does all the time after the machine has run for a little while. Any ideas? Sorry for the thread jack.

maybe it isn't sealed completely and air is getting in between the lens and gauge. just a thought.
