Default Eletrical Schematics

I'm hoping that some one would have a copy of the electrical schematics for my ATV. It starts fine, but when I try to rev it bogs down. If I use my winch or high beam lights, the problem goes away, so trying to trace the low beam wiring. I have the schems for a 2001, but there is a difference. if anyone could help, i would appreciate it.

I currently have the 2001 which shows 3 fuses for light labelled (lights, hi, low) mine only has 2 (hi & lo) . There was also a question on the type of bike, the bike I have is a 1999 articat ATV 400cc 4x4.
