Worked on the kids import(Yamato 150cc) about four years ago..........Chain kept falling off,but there was no more room for adjustment...........I was there to help him out a bit!!.........I think his parents needed to buy a new sprocket and chain........I don't know it that fixed the trouble or not they moved after that!!!
..............Caper..............
As for "Most Difficult"........None On the Polaris 450's YET!!!!!!!.............Maybe you should have posted on the other Forums also!!!!.....LOL....LOL.......Caper.........

I replaced the silent reverse chain in a 1998 Sportsman 500 tranny. Had to diassemble half of the bike. I don't know why it went out, it just had about 1" of solid mud in the tranny, I guess the vent line needs to be installed, huh?

i have had to many to list also, but one that wasn't hard just a pain is when i fixed a scrambler that had excess crank end play because the thrust washer was gone, had to pull the motor and split the cases, then got it all back together and the chain in the gear case broke so out came the trans. so everything got rebuilt.

Well I guess I should of shared mine up front to boot.
Mine so far was replacing the RAD on my former 450.
It wasn't too BAD as long as you don't mind disassembling
the front end completly off the Quad. Ohh I had my Dad with
me so while I held the weight he pulled out the old RAD
inserted the new one then I could rest it back on the frame
and then start the mounting and connecting of fan/hose etc.
It took US beginners a few hours.
I may be doing my winch this week, so I will calculate
what is more difficult.
Cheers,

Mine so far was replacing my starter. Getting that one bottom srew out was a pain. That and just having to take all the other stuff off to get to it. It was nice and time consuming the first time I am getting ready to do it again hopefully it will go quicker this time.
