Default Hauling my X2.

I've got an 07 800X2 deluxe LE on hold. I have to pick it up in a couple of weeks and need something to haul it with. My question is what is the length from the front bumper to the back tire? I'm wondering if I can get away with a midsize truck with the tailgate down or if I have to get a full size. Thanks!!

Should be okay with the tailgate down, but like Rick said it's 860 lbs dry!

Default Hauling my X2.

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and a 2007 X2. I have a toolbox on the truck. I loaded the X2 up and, with the toolbox, lacked about a 1/4 inch from hanging off the back. Also had some serious rear squat. I didn't trust the tailgate to hold, so I backed her down and hooked up the 5x8 utility trailer. I have since installed a winch that added about 2 inches to the overall length. I know it won't fit now. Full size truck with no toolbow would be fine. Not sure about mid-size.
