Default new cylinder head on atc70

i'm gonna be putting a new cylinder head on a 1984 honda atc 70. im wondering if there are any parts i should consider replacing while its apart. thanks. i know i'm going to be doing rings as well, as it seems to burn more oil than gas.

I would check the compression prior to removing the head
Possibly do rings when appart
Otherweise just look at all parts as disassembled
You may want to look on dratv.com
I believe they make a complete replacment topend that takes the engine to just over 80cc
Cost efective
Good luck
