I have a 700 sportsman and the front fender and front hood cowel rattle.How can the problem be resolved????Any help??

 

why is it rattling? missing bolts or screws or the plastic inserts? any rubber gromets missing if there is any? if not maybe use a light piece of rubber between the 2 rattling parts. just an idear.

 

I know on my 500 it makes all kinds of vibration noises from the front box and such. Just think its the way its gonna be with mine not sure if thats your prob. or not.

 

Another thing to check is that stupid rubber torque stop mount on the exhaust....After a while it deteriorates from the heat and causes the exhaust to rattle.....Mine is shot and rattles on my 700.....Just another possibility.....I think I'm gonna be changing the exhaust soon.....
