I need a complete rear end for this four wheeler. Maybe some of you can point me in the right directions.

 

First thing I would try if you are trying to save money, is calling all the dealers in your area and see if they have any wrecked ATV's. You can use the rear end out of any 400 or 500 4X4's, 98, 99, 2000. They all used the same rear Differential. If your 99 is in good shape, I would buy a brand new one because the complete assembly is around $750.
