I had this happen with a bolt going into my engine when I bought an aftermarket pipe...first off, we just heated the crap outta the engine block with a blow torch to try to expand the metal...We only busted off the majority of the bolt so we still had some thread to work with...we just tighted it back on as much as we could and after expanding it we worked it out backwards...I don't really know if you have the same situation or not...hope it helps...

Wait, do you mean you twisted off a stud or rounded off the lug nut?

mahoe if you mean one of the axle stud's that hold's the wheel and tire to the axle , on most all Honda's you'll need to knock out the old stud to remove it ; but check with a Honda Dealer to see if the stud's are still the same as the older model's used like the 86' Honda TRX350 Foreman 4x4 i owned !

I would first try some PB Baster to soak the stud then try to knock it out , and if this doesn't do it you can alway's try poopie32's advice to put some heat to stud on the axle ; these axle stud's are supossed to be knocked out like on an Automotive type axle stud bolt's !

I had to do this to my old 86' Honda TRX350 Foreman 4x4 when i was putting new brake's on it , i didn't brake the stud but when removing the wheel's one of the stud's popped loose from the axle and stripped the spline's of the stud which made the lug nut hard to remove ; and after i finished with the brake's i went to the only Dealership i could trust to get a new one !

But whatever the case turn's out to be on your quad , i hope you get it fixed ; so good luck to you and be safe when get back on the trail's !......
