I have an 04 honda that I recently purchased. It has a good battery that i have tried in my other wheelers but when I press the starter button it wont do anything, Any Ideas?

 

check the fuse

 

yea 30amp fuse i think its next to the battery

 

if its not the fuse check the solenoid for a click (it should be close to the battery as well) when you hit the start button. If the solenoid doesn't click it is bad.

 

Do you have a neutral light( when you try to start it)? Have you tried pulling in the clutch lever, while trying to start?

 

change the spark plug

 

yea make sure its in neutral

 

By does nothing do you mean no noises or movement or it just clicks? Make sure the kill switch is in the middle position, and if it is, then you might want to troubleshoot that circiut. I figure you have the kill in the right position, just covering all the bases!

 

Thanks a lot guys it was a combination of the fuse and crappy connections.
