Default 04 sportsman 600 keeps stalling on me!

I have been having problems with my machine stalling out on me even after it is warmed up. After it stalls, I must run it with the choke position out or it will not even start. I am fouling out the plugs and of course it does not run worth anything with it choked all the time. Whats wrong???

I had a similar problem with my 600. My 600 developed a bad misfire, no power, black smoke, fouled plugs and was just an all around bad deal. After checking voltages to modules, changeing ignition wires, checking and rechecking carb settings, swapping fuel pumps and racking my brain I decided to go back to basics and made sure I had a good fuel supply to the carb. I had to put a gas can on the front rack and ran a line to the suction side of the fuel pump to ensure everything ran good with a known good fuel supply. I then drained the tank and pulled the bulk head fitting and found the fine mesh strainer in the tank kinked and not allowing fuel when demanded. Pulled the strainer and no more problem. Moral of the story start simple and work twords expensive!!
