1. smaller "rear" sprocket will give you more top end but less low end
2. larger "front" sprocket will give you more top end and less low end
The easiest mod would be to change your front sprocket to a larger one to gain more top end. So if you have a 13 tooth you could install a 14 or 15 tooth to gain more top end, but you will lose low end power.

Good luck to get a stock 350 to squeeze much or any more top speed from a taller gear ratio unless you're going downhill. The stock gearing is the best you're going to get for top speed unless you have smaller tires or engine mods.
