when trying to start my magnum initially it will turn over fine, then when i choke it or give it a little throttle the thing locks up. i was thinking it was the compression release or the valves. i took the cam out and the check ball looked fine and the valves are all in tollerance. i am able to get it runing by choking it then hitting the starter while pulling it over manually and it seems to run fine, any suggestions?
