I'm hoping some of you pros out there can answer this question. My initial attempt was to cross reference frame part #'s. I can find frame pricing but no part #'s. I'm wanting to buy the newer style plastic (05 on up) and mount on my 03 Kodiak. I'm mainly wanting to know if it would be a fairly straight swap or am I going to have to weld and fab mounts. Thanks!

 

If you type in "OEM yamaha ATV parts" in your search bar you should come up with different places. From there you should be able to enter differnt year Kodiaks and and exploded view of the ATV and the part numbers SHOULD come up. I swapped my green 05 plastic with camo 05 plastic and it wasn't bad but I'm not sure of the years the body changed (if they did).
