never done it on a quad, but on dirt bikes for every two teeth in the back you should go up one link. You may be fine with the 520/98, check the adjustability on the axle

I just put a new one on mine. 520/100 and I have stock sprockets. a 98 won't fit on mine at all but was real close. you should be good with a 100. btw, can you turn you caps off? all caps is the same as yelling on most forums. thanks
