ok i have a 2003 warrior with a k & N air filter modified air box and jet size 146 and it ran fine after i put the jet in for about a week then one day i was going down the street half throttle and it bogged out and i had to press in the clutch and let off the gas then it would idle fine but now every time i stay half throttle it boggs out my spark plug is white which means lean but my overflow tube has gas on the tip of it does anyone have any ideas on what this could be thanks

 

have you changed the spark plug to see if it goes away? (the bog) I'd richen it up some and see what happens. I have a k&n and a slip on along with a 150 jet. after a few adjustments, it runs good, but running a little rich. you could have a stuck float also. I'd take the carb off and clean it real good and look for any clogs. blow out all the jets real good and replace the plug. enrichen the mixture some and try it out

 

I ran a 150 main in mine as well.

Id bump up the main jet and put a new plug in and see what it does.
