I have a 1997 Polaris 400 Xpress and its like the engine is getting to much gass and then the spark plug gets too wet and wont so the carb is letting in way to much gas and it floods out on me and wont start again unless i put a brand new plug in it. Any suggestions on this would greatly apreciate it. I had the carb off yesterday and tore it down and cleaned everything in it. So i dont kow if i have to adjust something or what? any suggestions? thanks

 

did you adjust the float to make sure it was flooding. was everything stock on the jets and needle as well. is it getting gas ed fouled or is it getting oil fouled as well?

ya i took the plug out and it is getting gas flooded and i did adjust the float to and everything seems ok. and everything is stock too so i dont know what it is that is causing this?

 

I think might float valve assembly or float needle or floats some parts of carb place.
I think bad one float needle. I hope help this.
