I have an 85' 350x, 2 days ago it was hard to start, today same but when I was up on the rpms it was breaking up a little then it went away and ran fine, after about 3 hours it died all together no spark what so ever I put a new plug in it still nothing. ?It does have a roost boost on it. I am a mech. by trade this is my day job , but elec. I am not. so If anyone can give me any input I would greatly apreciate it, or if you can tell me the proper way to test the coil, and so on.

 

never mind I found the problem, the roost boost wires were loose.................. RIDE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT !!!!!!!!

lol, glad you got it sorted. Hey, the Gardens is hot now. Someone was riding on the prairie, got stopped by a cop on the way out yesterday. They said you need the owners permission now, if you know who it is let me know.

 

that loose wire caused a good fight with girlfriend and a days riding if I would have just keep my cool and took the seat off I would heave a great sunday! I am probaly going to the "gardens" fri. Out at the prarie I know a couple of land owners I was told by the law three years ago thats the only way not to get in to trouble out there.
