Rear wheels locked on 07 Outlaw 90
#1
This may be a simple no brainer, but I am baffled.
The family went for a riding weekend and the little guy's quad did fine. Loaded up the quads in the trailer, tied them down, (neutral with the parking brake on) and they sat for a couple weeks til the next trip.
Hauled the toys and trailer down to the dunes again and went to unload...
no problems with the big bikes, rolled em out and fired them up, BUT
the little 90's rear wheels are locked up - it would not budge.
I don't have a ton of know-how, I changed the oil before the previous trip. I checked all the fluids and air filters before this trip, and that is about the extent of my "expertise". The gear shift moves from F-N-R easily, the parking brake is off, and it will start. Its just that the rear wheels are immovable - YIKES!
Any ideas? I have basic tools and some patience, so if it is relatively simple, I will fix it myself as the dealer is quite a ways away and I would rather not hand over my cash for something I can fix (rather save it for gas!)
Anyway, sorry to be so wordy, any help you can give will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I would also check to see if the parking brake is frozen. If you feel some slack in the brake handle it might be. If it has disc brakes (I kind of doubt it) check to see if there is something that got between the disc and the pads. But, again, my guess would be to check the brake system.

I can work the brake lever, so the next step is to take the wheel off and see if I can tap it lose with a hammer I guess.
Hopefully that'll work. We have a couple of trips scheduled for May and the little guy will want to ride
