Front End Bent 250sx?
#1
I bought a 250sx a while back pretty cheap because the front end
seamed bent. I thought it was forks because one seams to set further
back than the other making the front wheel cockied--not tracking
straight down the road. I got a new/use set of forks--same problem.
Would you guess my tree is bent or maybee the front axle or are these
front ends just a bear to get lined up after they were apart?
Any common things that get bent or ways I can check things?
Or things I might be doing wrong?

sounds like the tree/ trip clamp. a slight offset in the clamp will equate to a big diff at the end of the fork due to the length-magnification factor. Try heating it with a torch and finesse it out with a sledge hammer.

Yeah sounds like you need trees, and thats them just watch when you take the old ones off cause the bearings are going to fall out. When you install the new ones use some grease on the top of the frame and the bottom of the tree to hold the bearings in place.
