Check with HMF. They make three good pipes for Utility bikes. The Utility Series which has a deep "throaty" sound like the HMF Sport Series. The Penland Pro Series which is designed for more low and mid range torque, and is also available in an Eco series that is designed for noise restricted areas. The last pipe made for Utilities is the Ecosystem Series pipe which is designed for noise restricted areas as well, but has the lowest horse power gain of all HMF pipes.

I have the penland eco series on my Foreman 450 and its a good low/mid pipe without being too obnoxious on noise. I use my machine for hunting and I am still happy with noise levels. At idle sounds pretty much stock, under load it sounds a little more throaty than stock. I for one am happy with the results.
