i have a 660 raptor.i put in a new pro-design intake and it hasnt run right since..i rejetted it and had to go up 2 jet sizes in each carb and it still is not running the best..i think 2 jet sizes is alot for only putting in an intake.what do you think?do you know what else could be wrong with it...it is all stock except for the intake
it pops at about 3/4 throttle

 

is it popping or bogging, because if its popping it could be running lean on top end, and you will have to adjust the mix screw.

 

it pops when sitting still and reving up

 

how many notches do you have from the e-clip to the bottom notch

 

it is 3rd clip and 2.5 turns out on the screws

 

move it down to the fifth, and see how it runs

 

Does it pop while going from no throttle to some throttle? That would be a lean idle circuit. Did you change the pilot jets, or just the mains?
Id try 1/4 to 1/2 richer on the mixture screws...and see if it improves.

 

i will try the screws and the clips...is it normal to have to rejet that much for a k&n
