How do i adjust chain on 03 660 raptor.Got a new chain i wanna put on>

 

If it's not the right length you may have to remove some links. To adjust te chain, loosen the 2 big 17mm sized nuts by the rear brake rotor. then loosen the 2 12mm sized adjusting screws at the top of the swingarm. Back the adjusting screws almost all the way out, get the chain the right length, install the chain, and turn the adjusting screws evenly until the chain is tight. Then tighten the 17mm nuts and the 12mm nuts on the adjusting screws. Go ride.

 

but remember dont make it to tight you are suppose to have some paly in the chain. about 1 1/2 inches of play
