Default High oil pressure?

I have a low hour 2011 raptor 700, last time I went for a ride (5 min warm up 5 min ride) the chain was spiting oil. When I went to check the oil it purged out of the resivor as I loosen the cap. No oil down the side of the machine to indicate is was leaking from ther to the chain. Oil was at correct levle before warm up. Any ideas?

Some how I sense a crank case vent tube (where ever it may be) may be responsible and leaked oil on the chain during warmup? At least sounds like what one could do if oil level is ok and no other leaks noticed. Check to see if it's plugged into the air box like most are.May have come loose or oil dripping from the box or may have gotten kinked causing the pressure build up? Again just a guess..

I found an old friend who works at a motor cross shop and he pretty much confirmed most of what you said. Thank you
