As far as I know there are no 325 pipes available, I could be wrong though. From what I hear about all you can do to the trail boss is new airbox and clutching.

I believe Rick Ritter has a pipe for the '00 T-Boss.

I own a trail boss 325 2000 and it is my first atv. It is a good trail machine. last season I put around 350 miles on it in the kalkaska, mi area. It handles well through the trails but it lacks in deep sand areas. If your not planning on going nuts on the trails it might be good for you. but like I said its my first and only atv. so keep an open mind. So far Ive reached a top speed of 48 mph on flat open road. my atv been good to me. I do abuse it a lot. every thing seems to be holding up well. There have been some design changes from the 2000/2001 model. ie brakes and oil lines. so if you do go the trail boss route you should have a good machine. Also the polaris models are auto so no shifting and the trailboss is a fourstroke so mixing oil. It also plows snow good too. well good luck

RCR carries a pipe I'm not sure how much performance is gained though have you thought about adding a clutch kit just my opinion but it was well worth it

Rick does have a muffler for the TBoss 325; however, he discouraged me from getting it when I ordered his performance kit. He sais it was very loud and wouldn't meet the max 99 DB limit in MI. As we use communicators when we ride and already tend to get a little ear fatigue after I ride, I opted for the balance of the kit. I'd tell you if the kit (clutch spring, air filter, jet, air box mod) helped, but I haven't quite finished yet. It's only been 3 weeks Now let me see, where did I leave those bolts?!!?

Yes, rick ritter does have a pipe and muffler for the TBoss. And if you got deep pockets, he even has a big bore kit for it. I think it brings the engine up to a 414cc.
