#1
For the last three days my 325 mag has been stalling after aproximately 30 to 40 min. of riding. I can restart once it cools. Changed fuel filter and checked the fuel vent line. any ideas?????

This may be one of the rare times that an ignition coil is actually going bad - next time this happens, immediately pull your spark plug and check for spark.
If you have a multimeter handy when this happens, you can Ohm the plug wire (unscrew the plug cap from the wire) to frame ground and should read around 6K Ohms - if it reads open (infinity), your ignition coil probably has a broken wire that separates as the heat in the copper wire windings expands the copper and "pulls" the broken ends apart - by "cooling down", the wires "shrink" and begin to touch again.
This lack of spark could also be caused by your Pickup Coil (Pulse/Trigger coil) or by the Stator Exciter coils, or the CDI box doing the same thing, but usually when they go bad, they just flat quit working.
