I Own A Hi Bird 250STW Sport
#1
I read that a lot of people have a lot of questions about buying a chinese ATV. I was the same way. For 6 months I read, looked, and researched as much as I could. I decided on a HiBird for many reasons and I was scared when I purchased it. I did have a few problems, mainly my fault. Make sure when you un-pack your quad get some help. My quad was easy to put together and I take it out every week. I ride through the mountains of California and that is some tough trails. There are a lot of different terrains, and the quad keeps moving. Keep in mind that even though it is a sports version it is not a speed demond but that is ok. I am 38 years old 6'0" tall and 220 lbs and this thing pulls me every where. I am having a lot of fun and it was worth the money. Just take care of it and it will take care of you.

I just want to point out his Hibird 250 is not the basic $900 atv that you read so much on here but the Sport (Honda 400 lookalike) that are imported in several different names. It's a great looking atv and has very little reviews on here so here is your opportunity to learn more about it!
Here is his picture of it, I hope he does not mind me posting it but this Hibird deserves a look!
Oh ya how much is this Hibird going for?

Sand dunes are the only thing I have not tried yet. I plan on trying that later this summer. I live about 3 hours from the duns. I have put it through many test and trials. Pretty much I am trying to see if anything will break. I figure if it is going to break it will. The only thing I want to change about it is a gearing. It has a lot of bottom end, I will start with the sprockets first.

What size sprockets do you have in the front and back? I just recently installed 12 tooth on my jet and in the rocky terrain it tears it up really good but in the soft dirt on climbing hills it does better than before so im still deciding if i want to pend money and get paddles cause where i ride there is a lot of soft dirt and not much rock terrain.
